Ordered iced coffee with a splash of half and half. The drink was all white with heavy cream. I complained about too much cream and the female worker just ignored me. I took the drink, but couldn’t drink it. I went back to ask for a new one and the girl was just sitting at a table playing on her phone. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked her when her break would be over. She stated that she was taking a lunch break and wouldn’t be able to help me for an hour. There was no lunch break sign or anything to communicate this fact to customers who were coming and leaving confused.I had to throw the drink away and go somewhere else for coffee. Never seen this poor of service at a Starbucks.

They’ve adjusted their hours during COVID - 6 to 3. Need to head elsewhere for an afternoon fix.
I showed up to this Starbucks at 330 in the afternoon. The lights were half on- door is open and there's a line of people waiting in hopes of grabbing a coffee. There's no note. No idea what happened- if there's someone here, or not. A barista finally shows up (after i waited about 5 minutes.) No- apology, no- thanks for waiting. Nothing. Apparently, she made a mistake in the schedule and somehow, that's ok. Imagine just not showing up for work, and that being fine. Embarrassing. There was no attempt to make it right, no- free drink, no- we'll do better next time- nothing. Unreal. If you need a coffee during your Target run, maybe try a real store. This one of unreliable. Corporate, you listening?
This location has improved over the years. Staff is friendly. Prices are high for what you get but I guess it is convenient.

I usually order from the Starbucks mobile app so I can get in and get out quickly, and I have specific add-ins. My order is always ready on time, but it isn't always right. Like today, I picked up my beverage, took off in my car, and wanted to spit it out after the first taste. The barista left out the Splenda, and for me, it tasted like, well, you know. I couldn't go back for a do-over at this point because I was on my way somewhere. It could have been a random mistake, but the store wasn't busy so the barista had the time to get it right.
