I usually a frequent customer for this brach but this time not only they made my order wrong but also they made us to go to the drive thru even tho we ordered it online!! The point of online ordering because we dont have to wait in line. If you cant do that just dont accept the online order knowing that you’re short on staff. We have a big order by the time we got our order, the drink was already bad. Most of the frappe and whip ream already melted. I won’t go again!!!
Starbucks has the best customer service anywhere. I go by there every often to get a coffee or a sandwich and the person at the window is such a delight to deal with along with all other employees. They are friendly, helpful and always have a great attitude. Hats off to them.

This Starbucks is close to the Ayres Hotel, Seal Beach, CA. Love the coffee drinks. Service is fast and easy to park. Quick stop before hitting the road.
I don’t like when retail blame employees for management problems. If they are short staff, the owners (managers) should all be there working 80 hours a week. If the pay me a descent wage I will join them. It’s an excuse. If the owners can’t pay enough to get staff close the store let the other nearby Starbucks hire the employees. Don’t make me show up then be told on the door the lobby is closed because of staffing issues. That’s a management problem not a customer problem!

Went there today to look for new Starbucks cups that realeased today. I waited 2 hours before they opened to see the employees grab the new cups and place them in the back only to tell me that they don't have any. Completely disrespectful and will be reporting the store for keeping it for themselves. Ridiculous and pathetic that I have to inform the employees that I saw what they did.
Loved the theme of this place...very patriotic! Service was fairly quick, our drinks tasted fine. Our complaint: staff was quite loudly chatting and gossiping amongst themselves... customers should not be subjected to this.
