Drive up was excellent. The girl was seemingly intelligent, and very friendly as well as professional. I think she knows I am just a once a year, "gift card that my mom gives me because my mom doesn't like Starbucks but I take anything for free," kind of customer and still treats me with smiles and professionalism that she would give any, favorite regular customer. I get the stink eye from many other businesses, like Rite Aid, for being a rare, or one timer so I think she's very comendable.
Update 11/05/2018:Starbucks cafe: we are out of earl grey tea (tea bags for the tea). Next day the same time: we are still out of earl grey tea. Asked to speak to the manager - no luck. This store is a joke. 12/26/17: out of napkins, out of stirs. They can't put your money on to your phone Starbucks app account without PHYSICAL Starbucks reward card. Welcome to 19th century. PS. Other locations just scan the bar code from the app.
