Bought a mahi-Mahi burrito from here to go - which is a burrito I’ve had at other Rubios. As I get home and take a bite, tnoticed that there is NO Mahi-Mahi but it was full of rice, cabbage and corn only. I don’t understand how you miss adding protein to the burrito. LAST TIME I GO TO THIS RUBIOS. What a joke!
Descent tasting food. Beans are bland. Shrimp tacos alright. Somewhat pricey
The food is good. But the crew who's on duty at the counter who serves us is lazy, and looks like so sleepy. We need to asked one by one, like the sauces, tissue paper and set of fork.
Rubios is honestly one of my favorite restaurants. Food is awesome here! But the service at this location is horrendous. Took over 40 minutes for us to get our food. Didn’t seem like a one time occurrence. Seemed more like poor management.

Restroom are really dirty and smell soo bad
For 20 minutes I tried calling multiple times to put in a pickup order at 6:10-6:30, 50 minutes before closing time. It was clear that the staff screened all the calls so they didn't have to put in any more orders before closing. This is the second time this situation has happened.The staff is lazy bunch of inconsiderate workers. If you plan to call in an order, good luck. The only reason I don't give 1 star at this location is because the food is decent. Order from a different restaurant and save yourself a headache.
So disappointed. Ordered online. Got wilted side salads, burrito poorly wrapped, burrito missing cheese that was ordered as extra. C'mon. Employees need proper training, and manager needs to supervise the work.
Good food but they are always closing so early.
My order sat there for half an hour..they never called my name..needless to say food was cold...never again
