the chicken bacon ranch and the club sub are top tier sandwiches in my opinion, they get my order most of the times right.
Second time to this location, I agree with the customer service aspect other posts have said. The people here seem to either hate working here or just don't care. Like no eye contact no just what do you want. Which is fine with me small time is inefficient but I try to be nice to people who I interact with and when I get nothing is throws everything off and it's so awkward. If the environment is really bad to work at I'm sorry but it's just overall weird at this place might go to another Jersey Mike's or maybe pick another sandwich place next time.
Both sandwiches were very dry with no flavor.

I have had great experiences here and i have had not so good experiences here but tonight has topped it off. I walked in and the manager was yelling at his employee about not being able to take her meal break yet. She was understandably having an attitude about it. The managet was rolling his eyes while looking at the girl while she inhaled food to get back to work. There was a customer infront of him was trying to place an order. The woman infront of me looked the way i felt and walked out shortly after i followed. Jersey mikes needs to staff its restaurants better and train their managers to treat their employees better. I will not be eating at this location again even though the location is very convenient and it is my fav sub shop.
Great sub sandwiches. Better tasting than that other sub shop.
The food is always great, pricey but good. The customer service on the other hand is horrible. This is my second visit to this location and the employees are not friendly, they make you feel like they are not happy working there and they are doing me a favor by being there. 5 stars for the food 1 star for the customer service. Management needs to do some customer service training.
Can't go wrong w/a #7 on wheat and Mike's way. Love it...
