Food was very delicious ?
The staff was friendly and efficient. Place is well lit, maintained and kept clean. The restroom was clean and didn't have a bad odor. The food speaks for itself. Anyone eating in and out know what to expect. The restaurant follows its brand standard and the consistency that consumers like me expect. That is why I return and support the restaurant. Overall they do an excellent job at this location. Keep up the good job.
Double double animal style is the only way to go!! Really friendly cashier - didn't catch his name, but very kind and patient.
Dirty tables and my wife and I were the only one in the dining room then two other couples came in and couldn't find a clean table to sit either they weren't even busy just everybody just talking screwing around instead of taking care of the dining room and the restroom wasn't that clean either sad to see the employees obviously don't care and I assume either does the manager looks like a free for all.
I odered protein animal style double double. I got 2 pickles two paties, two slices tomato, two slices cheese but no extra sauce and no onions. I had taken two bites before I questioned the order. I opened up and yes- not animal style. I brought it back. This time there were fried onions BUT the second patty was only half a patty. IS that the one I had bitten into?? Isnt a double two whole patties? It is not the first time at this location double double animal style had been done with no onions at all and no extra sauce. Check before you leave.
Pulled through the drive thru at 12 am on the way home from LAX. For starters they butchered my order pretty bad. Ordered all combos and for some reason got all burgers and like 2 fries had to wait for more. When we received the fries they were all pretty soggy. The guy that took our order seemed pretty nonchalant about the whole ordering processes. Would not travel back here. Would rather take that 10 mins drive down the freeway to the next location.
Every now and then I’m reminded why In N Out is and always has been so great - the staff. Thank you for not only not putting up with my last minute order changes but for so quickly making that change, the kindness of the staff despite making my request at the peak of the dinner rush, and our always fresh & delicious burgers and fries. Thank you especially to everyone at this location & happy holidays!
Employees were very nice and gave us the cute in n out hats when we asked for them! Unfortunately, the end of one of my french fries appeared to be crunchy like many fries are, but when I chomped down on it, it was hard as a rock. It chipped part of my tooth when I looked later that evening. Sadly I'm gonna be skeptical of these fries for a while now :(
Food was good but not my favorite burger place. Close to shopping and we were hungry. Place clean and staff were nice.
