Such a cute little coffee shop with various specialty drinks and tons of study space. Staff is friendly. Outdoor seating on upper patio is great! Drinks come with a “wellness” tincture infusion. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Wow! If you’re like me and haven’t been here because you’re not sure if it’s part of the workspace, well it’s not! It’s for everybody. ?Upon walking in, the vibe is very easy and relaxing with people in corners working away. Music is perfect and not overbearing like other places and surprisingly the noise level is kept to a minimum.I ordered an oat milk matcha latte, and let me just say: I was not sure about it at first because no matcha is made the same (iykyk) and I usually ask for an added scoop on top of their normal scoops.Anyway, ordered the larger of the two sizes, walked out, and within the first 15 mins I could feel the type of matcha I was dealing with… and I was pleasantly surprised!I would choose this spot over and over again before I go to any other spot on main…unfortunately for me, I’ve been to the others and was not thrilled. So go give this place a try! And if you’re a matcha lover, then you’re in for a treat!

Amazing cold brew coffee and even more amazingly friendly and helpful staff! I would give them 7 stars if I could. Stop by for great coffee.

Nice and cozy environment. They serve specialty coffee. All in all, a decent place to relax and enjoy a cup of joe. P.S. free parking at the back of the shop.

Huge and inviting space with good coffee and friendly staff. Price is normal for the quality of coffee. Seating is a bit limited relative to the venue size, but there is additional seating available upstairs (though the Wi-Fi connection is spotty in the outdoor seating area). Doesn’t accept cash, so just be prepared for that.

Great Aesthetic. Try the “Cabin Fever” specialty drink.

Always a delight to go on my lunch and have a great drink. The atmosphere is perfectly cozy for the collage students working on their assignments.

Having studied at several college towns in Northern and Southern California including some of the most prestigious, I enjoy stumbling upon new coffee shops. The Humblemaker Coffee Co. is unique in that you have the option to add L-theanine to your chai tea to "improve clarity and focus." The intellectual in me questions whether the effect is real or just placebo but who cares when you can easily stroll by the beach for a mental break. I'll have to try immunity next time in which case the effect is more likely to be real. Anyway, the chai tea was delicious, the fact that wellness is prioritized appealed to my health consciousness, and enjoyed the quite unique experience. It is a hidden gem if you are in the area and want to switch it up.

I was actually excited to try out this coffee spot but I was really disappointed by the barista not following COVID-19 protocols and poor service in general. The barista’s mask was not on when she was making my drinks. I have no idea who she has been around, if she’s vaccinated or not, and just felt unsafe. As far as service goes, the barista spent more time paying attention to her conversation with her coworkers. When I had to the bathroom after I ordered, my drink was on the counter for who knows how long. The barista did not flag me down or even announce what drink was on the counter. Overall, I feel frustrated and disappointed because of how promising this cafe was. It failed to meet my expectations and I do not recommend this place to anyone who is immunocompromised/higher risk to COVID-19.

Nice spot. Average coffee. Understaffed.
