Hof's Hut has been around since the 1940's. Great American comfort food. This location is new and very nice. We always eat at least one meal when we visit the Ayres Hotel in Seal Beach CA.
I had the pork chops and it was cooked well and tasty with the stuffing. The servers were competent but the food came out slow. We went on a Saturday a couple of hours before closing. First time there since it opened and it was nice.
Awesome atmosphere, anything you could possibly want to eat, and a full bar. Great service and sparkling clean facilities.

This place is delicious!!! The only thing is that they used to have the best onion rings and the last time I went they were very disappointing.
such a pretty restaurant! Huge menu and a Happy Hour menu available at the bar Monday - Friday. Plenty of parking.
First time here since they moved down the street. Not impressed. The hostess was rude. The food was ok. Eggs were cold. The portion size is tiny now but uet the prices have gone up. They do have a full bar and had the football games on. The only plus. It looks nice but I won't be back. To many other great places nearby to waste time going here.
Good Turkey Dinner via takeout the other night. Nice guy working the counter, but looked like they should hire him some help.Logistics of Hof's are less to rave about. I have online ordered and shown up to find the restaurant closed because the system was offline. They offer curbside online, but there are no spaces or infrastructure to facilitate it. Which is fine, just don't advertise it. But the place was packed and food good. Just seems in a world of takeout and delivery, there tech is outdated.
The new layout is very spacious, removing some walls and making a heated patio room.Menu is okay, the easy-wipe Covid version puts a lot in one sheet. Good pedestrian fare, nothing new for me to try.
I loved this place. The chicken pot pie was absolutely amazing! I have never tried chicken pot pie and decided to try it today. I have no regrets with my choice and I would definitely come again! I loved the onion rings and ribs too, they were very good. The staff were very kind and helpful.
