They were so amazing about ensuring my food was safe since I have celiac. They say they don't guarantee it but I called ahead and they said they'd accommodate. They were training a new cashier inside and he was having a bit of a hard time bit his trainer was so quick to help him. The trainer seemed so kind and patient and compassionate. Also everyone there is so kind and personable.
Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location is given a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Much respect to the owner of this location for having a good strong crew along with their management. We will always continue to go to this location on a regular basis going forward.
Food is great! Staff is great.. although I was waiting to order and the lady behind the counter was talking to her friend for a long time while the line continue to grow...someone else came up to take orders finally.
I love how they are soo fast and efficient. This location is newer, but they have it down. Good food, nice employees, easy to access drive-through. 5 stars because they are awesome!

Fries were soggy. I called to report the fries and the manager Jolice didn't even offer to replace the fries with fresh ones. Since when did professional courtesy cease? Your establishment fails to properly check their product(s) before passing them on to a consumer and as a manager you do not offer to rectify the situation? Will not be returning to the Rossmoor location. Smh
