Amazing food the staff are so nice it was are first time and we loved it…. For us is hard to go out and have breakfast because our daughter is special needs and she can be loud the staff was very nice about it and so understanding. We highly recommend this place and definitely coming again
This was not my first visit to Catrina's and it will not be my last. Located downtown Seal Beach, just steps away from the old theater. The staff is great. Always friendly and they check on you throughout the meal. They have a nice dining room and several tables outside. Mr. Bee and I went for lunch before we took a beautiful stroll down Main St. and the pier. I have had their BLT and it is incredible. The bread they use, takes the sandwich to a new level. On this visit, we split the Hawaiian Torta Sandwich with Waffle Fries. The Torta was incredible. Filled with juicy ham, pineapple a spicy mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and the bread was soft and again as most bread is boring, their bread is full of flavor. The waffle fries were crispy with a nice seasoning salt on them. I have never had a disappointing meal here and it is one of our favorites.

Breakfast is so good! Love their French toast and homemade pastries. Service is great! Employees are kind. My friends and I always have great experiences here!
The chilaquiles are so flavorful and delicious. Our server was pleasant which made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. :)
It's a nice place: comfortable and decent food and good service. It's not close to the pier or beach however (on the opposite, North end of Main Street. )
Honest review- came for lunch and food was just okay- nothing special or savory. Felt rushed the moment we sat down. The gentleman who seemed like the owner or manager greeted many people but never greeted our table. The other lady with curly hair seened rushed too and we felt like she needed us to leave to use the table. The young woman was sweet though, she was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations. We won't be back, we had an okay experience.
The sandwiches we both had were good but the sweet potato fries were the worse I have ever tasted. They were a weird texture and had a faint plastic taste. The service was slow. I may try again and see if it was just an off day.
I love this place. My family and i try to have brunch here every Sunday and the service is always amazing. The food is delicious and service is quick.
Catrina Cafe is a wonderful place to work, to eat and have fun. The owners are respectful and kind, the servers are friendly and love their job and the customers are amazing. The food is always great (high quality products) and Maria, Katya and Jenny are the best servers ever.
