This place has changed so much in the last 6 to 9 months. Pizzas that we used to get don't look the same taste the same. It's California Pizza kitchen as a whole not just the location I'm just staying away from Pizza kitchen in general...The 1st picture is what it is supposed to look like. But what I got was the next two pictures and they did not match the description.. Bad food..
There was a lot of traffic on my commute home and I was hungry so decided to stop by to check out this location. There was plenty of parking in the plaza. I ordered a cup of tortilla soup and a small BBQ chicken pizza. The tortilla soup was served lukewarm and didn't taste as flavorful like it normally does at other locations but the BBQ pizza was good. It wasn't very busy so I feel like service could have been better.
Great food and service was astonishing
first time trying out this place. Friendly server and great food. Good customer service can go a long way and they definitely go the extra mile to make sure their customers leave with a good impression. I will definitely come back.
I always enjoy stopping here for a bowl of split pea soup and a quick Italian salad. Pizza is always great too. They also offer vegan options as well. Nice to have a glass of wine or beer with your meal if you desire.
The waiter was a little slow today. But, he was the bartender and the table waiter both. Food was excellent, as usual. Good lunch specials. Friendly staff and nice trendy customers but not too crowded at 3pm.
Surprised to find a great bar going at this location in the evening. Pizza and pasta can be good as well as salads.
Just as we were getting ready to get up an leave our appetizer came out 35min after we ordered it. The coke a few min more. When I realized our waitress was about 16 I cut her some slack for not being trained as a waitress properly. I won't go into it, it's lack of proper training and she was a sweet little thing trying her best. Dinner was never ordered because we were never asked what we wanted so I can't comment on the food.
Pretty awful service. Food was mediocre. Pizza was left to get cold while we finished our appetizer. Waitress was in lala land and clearly wanted to be off. No refills on water, no check ups after food was served, 10 minutes trying to flag down waitress to get the check. Not providing a bag for my 3 pizza boxes was the cherry on top (everyone else was getting one without asking with less boxes). Will eat at CPK many more times, but will NEVER return to give my business to this particular location who couldn't care less about my $80 meal or my experience.
Friendly service. Food was okay. Only three stars because waitress missed an item on my order. She was friendly and took 10% off
