The flavors from the food here is as close as I have had to Thailand in the US. Will be willing to drive from La Jolla to Santee for this. That speaks volume.P.S. Spice level 4 was the limit for us. Anything more than that, we'd sweat bullets. However less than that would make the flavors disappear ie bland. So 4 is the perfect sweet spot for most of us.
One of the best Thai places ? SUPER friendly staff, clean place, and delicious food!
If you want overpriced garbage then this is the spot for you! I called in an order last night she told me it would be at least 30 mins which was fine, so I get there 35 mins after placing my order my food was sitting on a table and lol of it was cold. I ordered an entree which hardly had any meat in it a soup that was small for it price and a dessert that was rice and mango. It came out to $47 I couldn’t believe it. Never again will I come to this place…. First and last time eating here.
Update: sushi is back! The menu is different, but it's the same chef as before and will make your old favorites if you ask nicely!Probably the best, most authentic Thai food I've ever had! Ordered Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Sliced Beef Salad. Very friendly staff! Definitely one for the rotation.Returned for happy hour with friends, the food is just incredible. This time we ordered edamame, gyoza, pad see ew, spicy Thai basil, green curry, Thai iced coffee, and a bottle of wine. We had a great time, spent $60 and came home with tons of leftovers
Had the sampler beef and broccoli and the spicy shrimp salad was absolutely delicious and the appetizers were hot! I'd definitely recommend this place for some good food!
Authentic Thai restaurant serving a nice variety of dishes. A bit pricey for the portion and protein amount, but very tasty. We got the Panang Pork Curry, Pineapple Chicken Red Curry, and Tom Kha Chicken soup. Everyone thought the dishes were delicious and contained the authentic herbs and spices. The Thai tea seemed way overpriced until we saw it came in a 1 Liter glass mug. Update: Got the Boat Noodle Soup. One with egg noodles and the other with rice noodles. Both were truly authentic. They had the exact taste of the soup served at the famous Boat Noodle restaurant in Pathumthani, Thailand. Both were delicious. The new menu has pictures and the prices have increased.
I absolutely love going to this place whether I am eating in or ordering takeout. The staff are so nice and it's such a nice environment.Their food is one of the best Thai places that I've ever eaten and it is my now go to place for Thai.Great prices for great food and their thai tea comes in a big glass which I appreciate very much.
Hidden Gem. Authentic. Everything is delicious! Friend and fast service. Massive Thai iced teas!
Our first time there was a very positive experience and we can't wait to go back. The spring rolls were fresh and solid, even though I'm not a huge raw veggie fan. The red curry (tofu) was flavorful. But the real star of the show was the Pad Thai (tofu). It was the best we've ever had. I could eat that every week. The prices were very reasonable, and the servers were attentive and friendly.
ordered curry chicken and got tofu, YUCK.Sweet and sour was EXTREMELY vinegarychow mein was EXTREMELY sweet. over all gross food experience. also they must know their food is poor quality as every phone number associated w/ this establishment is out of service
