My husband just came home with a Tuna sandwich for me and it was the WORST Subway sandwich I have ever had!!!!!!! The bread was hard as a rock and I guess the employee that gave him the bread even made a comment to my husband saying it was fresh and just came out the oven! What a lie!!!!! I used to work at Subway and I know that is NOT FRESH bread. Then there was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and all the veggies were falling out of the sandwich because the bread was sooo hard!!!!!! It literally tasted like cardboard and I almost went there to get a refund I was so mad. Go here at your own risk but I know that we will never go back to this SUBWAY again. It was the absolute worst!!!!!!!
Konner made me one of the best rotisserie chicken wraps I’ve ever had. About time someone who knows how to make a good wrap.
Very bad service. This is the 2nd time I go to this subway and the 1st time they didn't have any vegetables. So I just left. Today the bread was super hard and the girl didn't know what a veggie pattie was so I had to get tuna. And to top it off when I took a sip of the soda after we left, it didn't have syrup so it was just the carbonated water. Never again will I go to this location
I previously did a Yelp review pertaining to this exact location. See below.
The staff I dealt with was not trained at all. He didn't know how to close my sandwich. they didn't have the bread i wanted. the vegetables were so withered. their new moto refresh is an understatement. its not fresh at all.
So this is literally the second time in a row that I have walked out of this place. These are the most unprofessional employees I've ever met. First time was just trash customer service. Today 9/13/21 around 7:20 7:30ish, I walk in, wait for my turn. Girl comes over and the first thing she says to me ( a 30 year old white male) is "haha I wish I was white" talk about making an awkward situation.. idk why, I think it had something to do with the Spanish conversation she had with the guy the left before me (which he was really friendly so I don't understand) anyways, I ask what artisan bread is since it's new, she goes "Idk, people keep asking for it but we don't have it" .....OK, Italian herbs and cheese, I'd like the all American sub.... she slapped the meat on faster than I've ever seen before in a subway, the bacon was literally still stuck together towards the spine of the bread, I asked for 1 extra tomatoe and got a heavy eye roll, then when I asked for pepperoncini, I got a whole pound of them. Got all the way through to the vegetables, I looked at my sandwich behind the glass and just decided to walk out....
I got a toasted sandwich and the chicken was freezing cold. I couldn't even eat it. I tried to call to get a refund and I called 30 times so far without even being connected to the store. Hopefully if I call 100 times they will pick up once.
Watched the guy put cheese on 20 loafs of bread before taking my order
Great service
Our sandwiches were great, thanks.
