To be honest I don’t particularly love all the experiences that I’ve had at this particular Starbucks I’ve had more bad experiences than I have had good. With that being said we just had the pleasure of having an encounter with Kayla! I took our order and our payment through drive-through and she was amazing! So I definitely want to recognize her and the wonderful job she’s doing… keep it up, you’re the reason I’ll continue to come to this location!

this is the best Starbucks in santee!my drinks are always consistent at this location.They should probably fix the speaker at the drive-thru because sometimes the person in the store can’t hear me even though i’m lowkey yelling
