Worst Sonic ever. Ordered a double cheeseburger and got nothing but 2 plain patties mashed together and smashed buns. Fries that were caked with salt. Under.cooked mozzarella sticks. Cold food. Have to say either hire more workers or close it down. Used to be a fan...
If you want string cheese and not cheese sticks this is the place to go! Servers and manager was nice but food was by far the worst. Everything was cold but the chillo and cheese. Don’t waist your time! I hate rally’s and I would go there before I ever come back here unless it’s for Drinks!!! Lol best thing on the menu.
I gave them 3 stars because sonic did try to make it right after i took a survey on my experience!!! But heres what happened ... I Waited for over 20 mins for a large mozzarella stick and a small tator totts !! Plus it was all bad ... mozzarella sticks were missing cheese in some and totts were half filled and mush..
Definitely not the brightest humans are employed here! Long waits and mistakes with my order! The food was alright… definitely nothing special!! The strawberry slushy was by far the best and in all honesty, the only thing I would order again!
I won’t get anything but drinks here anymore. The first time my chicken sandwich was all shriveled up and hard as a rock. I gave it another chance and it took 20 mins for our food to come out. My husband went a different time and half the items were wrong. It sucks because Sonic used to be his favorite fast food place.
Ordered through the app, it took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks and a pretzel. I understand they are short staffed, it is everywhere, but we had to push the red button again. We received a message that our order was coming. We saw the person, I think she went to the wrong car, I think. She went back inside twice. Although, it took sometime, or order was correct.
I use to always want Sonic, We see commercials for it, but the closest one to us was 100 miles away. I first has Sonic in AZ, it wasn't impressive, then in Holt Ville, again not impressed, then they opened one this one in Santee, I was hoping since it was new(at the time) it would be good, still not impressed... Here we are years later and the food is still mediocre, I got a corn dog to compare with the other place that service corn dogs, idk they other place specializes in Hotdog foods, but I tried it anyway... Sonics corn dogs aren't good, the dog taste like it was boiled or cooked through the fryer, and the corn bread isn't as sweet... the whole thing taste microwaved from home... I also got an unsweetened strawberry ice tea, it didn't taste strawberry, all the do is put fresh strawberry at the bottom, then ice then fill it. My ice was strawberry flavored tho... Sonics good for there thousands of varieties of drinks, slushy and ice cream with diffrent mix in's. I. Would recommend for drinks but not food... I probably go here again tho, IDK why...
Service is always extremely slow, this time about about 20 minutes in the drive thru. Fries and tots containers were half full and overall everything was pretty expensive for what you get. Food took forever yet food was somehow cold. Oh how the mighty have fallen, this place used to be the hot spot with the line down the street when it first opened. The franchisee has obviously checked out and doesn’t care anymore.
This location has really gone down in terms of service. I realize there is most likely a shortage of staff and most are pretty young but the friendliness is nonexistent. I pulled up and asked for a military discount because I usually receive one and the lady said "well, I already printed the receipt" so I replied "so I don't get it today" she said "nope sorry". I have just never heard of anyone doing this and she was unwilling to fix it. Just weird and rubbed me the wrong way.
Yesterday I had ordered one oreo blast and one butterfingers blast. The wait was 20 minutes in the drive through, even though there were only about three or four cars ahead of us. When I got my order I had driven back home and eaten the butterfingers blast. Halfway through, there were no more butterfingers and instead had oreo pieces. About two thirds of the way through my blast, there weren't even oreo bits in my blast and it was only vanilla icecream! I had given my dad the oreo blast but he didn't finish it, so he ate it the next day (today). Towards the bottom of his oreo blast (about 2/3rds down) there were no more oreo bits and instead had butterfinger bits! I had spent $14 on two different blasts and they made us wait 20 minutes just to mix up our order. Very upset.
