At this specific location they have an extremely rude employee. I have been here several times and each time it’s something different with her. But mostly the fact that she hasn’t leaned the system there clearly since I normally have to have a manger fix my order. Then when I asked for her name she gave me extreme attitude in front of her manger. I come here almost everyday so that’s less money for this McDonald’s just trying to eat not get yelled at for trying to pay them?
I've gone a few times, and the service is pretty fast and food is pretty fresh, unlike other McDonalds. There are two sides to place orders through drive-thru. The left side one is really bad. That's really the only downfall. Out of all the times I've been here, I don't think I've ever gotten my order wrong.
Quick service friendly staff sometimes the fries are cold. Mc. D's fries taste horrible cold.
Ordered just a big mac, when I opened box to pick up hamburger, shredded lettuce dropped all over my lap/clothes, but tomatoes n pickles were hardly any at all.
Have been a little disappointed in McDonalds. Big Mac seemsto have gotten smaller, friesnot very hot and coke weakon carbonation. I'm not saying not to go there. You may nothave the same opinion.
Ok, had a craving for a big Mac & large fries. Bit surprised at the price, $10. Will still go back, but not that often.
McDonald's has something for every one. Hamburgers, with cheese, big Mac, the best breakfast sandwiches, fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, Mcflurrys, ice coffees, Fraps, yummy yummy food, and still $1 fountain drinks, and there new deluxe chicken sandwich is so good. This particular McDonald's usually has friendly employees and don't make mistakes often. I would definitely go again and recommend this McDonald's...
Every time I go to McDonalds in Santee it never fails Jessica and Josie greats me with great customer service :) also helped me to add the app on my phone as well :) I just wanted to say thank you for being so pleasant on a daily bases it does not go unnoticed! One of the first. McDonald's to not mess up my order. Santee just has such higher standards on how they do things
