We have been driving from North County to Lucky's for years we've loved the choices quality of food and the courtesy of the workers recently we've experienced a downfall in them all!! Our last visit will be just that our last visit the 2 counter workers were not acceptable to my food request they acted as if requesting something as small as ordering Hot Egg Rolls since the choices in the pans looked dried up and hard! I ordered hot wontons and chicken egg rolls when received the worker packed the hot wontons then my hot chicken egg rolls were dumped in with the cold ones which I received! When I told them they weren't hot the worker said "that's all we've got do you want them" I said No Give Me A Refund she snatched them off the counter asked do you want cash gave it to me and walked away in a huff at best its lack of customer service at worst rude! I'm sure I will let the dozens of friends and relatives know about my experience and will not return or recommend Lucky's to anyone again so sad...
They have awesome local Chinese food. An awesome small business to support. They have great customer service, a wide selection of food options, and delicious sides.
Their Orange Chicken is the best around! The House Special chow mein, BBQ Pork and teriyaki chicken are very good as well.
Delicious food, very fresh! The crispy beef is amazing. The service was good, they are often quite busy so you might have a wait for a table to free up, but we have always been able to be seated in under 5 minutes.
Seems like some reviews are avoiding rating this place, nothing clear about food but let's be honest here, food looked good but tasted barely ok, other than fast service I can't see other reason to choose this place.
The sit down restaraunt they have is nice. General Tsos Chicken is delicious as well as the pan fried dumplings for appetizer. The waiters are very nice and attentive. Try it if you haven't. You'll be glad you did. ?
I got the family special and they let me make substitutions at no extra cost. They also threw in free almond cookies and extra fortune cookies! Love this place!
Always so nice and very yummy food. And as it's next to Discount Tire, it's a yummy place to wait for your car.
Great restaurant. The inside line section is oddly shaped but makes due with the shape its got. I do appreciate they have a seating area.
It used to be a 5 star for me but maybe I went on an off day. Didn't have the same flavors from the last visit, but still is one of the best choices if u want freshly made Chinese food. 2 people will spend around $50 but u will definitely have leftovers.
