Bad drive Thur service ,chicken old tasting and biscuits hard shame cuz use to have a great staff before covid hit 2 yrs ago

Was denied bathroom use at this location I am a loyal customer here at the Santee location super disappointed and told because it gets messed up from people that we have to purchase something to use it. It’s unfortunate that I will no longer come here I have tipped the drive thru workers plenty of times just to be nice and make someone’s day. I will be calling corporate because using the restroom is a basic need this is discrimination just like the Starbucks lawsuit! How sad!
Nice dining room....Wouldn't order spicy chicken sandwhich just reg spice..spice tastes odd?? Prices have gone up!!
Went through the drive thru an got home, found my famous bowl barely has mash potatoes an only 9 nuggets! My sons popcorn chicken was put in the small mash potato bowl when it was normally in a box They will skimp your food here definitely not worth it!
Unfortunately, as many of you have probably figured out by now..... KFC is losing it's mojo. The chicken was dry and the sides were so much smaller than they used to be. It was almost 60 bucks for a meal for 3... 1 of the people being under 5 years old. It's expensive and the quality of the food has diminished greatly. Unless there are some serious changes in the near future... I don't think we'll be back to a KFC.
Horrible service. How can you say they packed it already. Just add more change the price and I'll be happy. But no, you'd rather not make business.
Chicken tenders did not taste fresh, and where a little chewy
It says it closes at 9:30 p.m. is 30PM but they closed 10 minutes early And wouldn't let me order what I wanted. They just turned off all the lights.
My order was incorrect. And fries were burnt. Currently have a stomach ache as well.....
