A very clean and inviting shop. The sandwich was delicious.
My husband and I went into order a regular #7 mikes way and #5 mikes way on rosemary bread, we were told they are out of rosemary bread, nobody looked he just said we’re out. so we had white and wheat bread instead. A few minutes later customer comes in orders wants rosemary bread now they have it.\\nI was very upset if I needed to wait a few minutes I would have, when I asked them about it I was told that they were for carry out orders, and I explained the customer wasn’t carrying out . And if I needed to wait to see if someone was going to call in wanting that loaf I would have waited the 5 minutes\\nYour cashier was very Argumentative with me.\\nNot at all happy with this one at all.
The Best Sandwiches period!!! Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! All I can say! You can absolutely tell this with every bite! Mike's way is the Boom? I wish I could buy a Jersey Mike's and put It in N. Idaho!!!

Horrible sub did NOT toast my bread as asked and it was all soggy. And gross . Couldn't eat it.
Efficient staff. Well trained. I like the original Italian sandwich and I like extra pickles and extra peppercinis and when they do that before they close the sandwich they ask me if it's okay. It seems the staff is trained in all the job positions of cutting meat, assembling the sandwich and bring the cash register.

horrible customer service from blonde cashier girl. could barely hear her because of how much she was talking under her breath. if i’m paying this much for a 6 inch sandwich, would like to have at least mediocre customer service :(
