Janet's Cafe could be on film. The coffee cup was refilled, the meals were good and not skimpy, the waitress was fast and efficient and this was on a weekend morning. I was there with an old friend and we sat around and talked. No one tried to hurry us out. A+
Absolutely hands down best breakfast in San Diego county. I have tried many places, Janets is go to.
People were nice, but the food is basic and bland. Almost no flavor or creativity. Not sure why it’s rated so highly, unless the people in Santee just have more of a bland palate. Well, they do like Cane’s, so I guess that might be accurate.

This cafe is just amazing!! Food is top quality I had the Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger that was just presented beautifully and full of flavor and fresh ingredients! Krystin was our waitress and she offered excellent service she was definitely on top of her game!! I highly recommend if you’re in Santee to definitely stop in! There are many choices on the menu to satisfy everyone!
We tried the turkey and blackened chicken wrap. Burger was like preformed and the chicken was tough. The fries and onion wings for a good. Great service.

My first time back to Janet’s in about two years and I love the new seating area out back. First time eating there for lunch too and they did not disappoint (we had the chicken Cesar wrap and a roast beef melt). The food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly ?
We love the cinnamon roll french toast , and chicken sausage .It is the best .My husband and I share because they are very generous with servings .They always have great service .
Super busy places, took a little bit to have our order taken. But we were blown away how fast we received our food. Everything correct, everything hot, and great attitudes of all. The food was excellent. They were all hustling to take care of everyone. Very attentive and so friendly considering how hard they were all working. Can't wait to head back again. Btw we were a large party and the handled all of it with ease. Thank from our family to your entire team.
