If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. They stole my money and didn't give me any drinks. The website hours and the store hours don't match! I ordered online and when I got there the employees acted like I wasn't at the door, and they hid in the back and turned up the music, even though I already paid!

my drink is great but if you changed your lids recently you need to change them back because my lid pops off everytime i pick up my drink
I came in a couple weeks ago and it was a mess. There was a boy on register and he seemed new, while there was only one girl making/serving drinks. She was hustling, so I applaud her, but there were a lot of people in the lobby. The girl seemed stressed and kept looking backwards (into the break room I’m assuming) probably for some help. When I finally got my drink she was nice; I was wearing my zodiac sign on my necklace and she asked me a fun question. Maybe not have just a teenage girl doing everything next time.
Came in today and ordered a chunky strawberry. One they didn't have bananas, then inside of my chunky strawberry looked like a piece of burned rubber. Looked like a piece of the blender lid inside of my bowl.Gross. They take very long. Do not recommend.
All Jamba’s are good but this one exceeds the rest because of its staff. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Jake is the greatest by far! Literally went in the store mourning and left with a wholesome experience. Thanks Jake <3
Delicious smoothies! A regular stop for us!
Stopped in this week looking for a cool-down during the recent warm weather. I ordered a PB Chocolate Love - one of my usual drinks. What I got instead was pretty much a bland banana smoothie with rare hints of peanut butter or chocolate. I also found large, unblended chunks of banana at the bottom of the cup. To make matters worse, I almost couldn't drink the smoothie because of the straw I was given. I'm not sure why other Jamba Juice locations in SD county can provide quality compostable faux-plastic straws yet the Santee location gives you a garbage cardboard straw that gets soggy and collapses on itself halfway through the drink. I'm sure I'll be back at some point, but for now I'll probably just stick to the locations in El Cajon and Grossmont Center.
Used the app, was in & out in no time flat! Staff were flying to meet the time lunch rush; moreover, they were still friendly, greeted each person as they came in and getting them squared away.
