Overnight shift blows. Always some excuse to not work." Our machine is down the entire night"" We have no (insert ingredient here)"Or they just leave the open sign off and don't respond to you at all. Despite it not even being midnight yet.Not all of them are terrible. Only one night shift guy have I seen is good.
customer service was great. However I'm sad to say that the food wasn't. I ordered a double Jack and I asked for jalapenos and two monster tacos. I've had way better double jacks from other Jack in the boxes so I know it's not other places and on top of that I didn't get the jalapenos I asked for. The two monster tacos I got were basically nothing but lettuce and one of them was overcooked along with the patties on my double Jack. I don't know if y'all were having an off day but I never think to write a review for a place unless something like this happens so please fix this in the future.

The night crew always has some type of excuse to not take orders. Spend your money elsewhere.
Held hostage for 25 minutes in drive through with 5 cars
I know it’s 5am and no one wants to be at work, but they were. I’m sorry they were on break and I interrupted. I know I make “special” orders and that can be tough. But is it so hard to get your own sandwich right? I paid $5 for a sandwich with no meat (it already had no bread)… Honestly, get it together.
