Gave my order to somebody else by mistake and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to remake my order.

IF YOU WANT Parmigiano cheese or peppers you now have to pay extra. MY guess is profit margins are tight so they figure that if someone really want cheese or peppers they will pay extra. Very sad!
