Cookies have been good. Curbside pickup is not great click on "Here" tells me I am 4th in line. Waiting the 2 cars in front of me must have gotten tried of waiting and went in to get theirs. Still haven't seen any cookies come out. 15 minutes and finally the cookies come out!! Real nice and polite kid delivers our box. We will hope for faster service next time. The box of cookies is warm!!!
Went in specifically for the Lemon Blackberry cookie. When it came out, there was no Blackberry Jam on it! When I questioned why, the answer was "oh, yeah, we're out"! How?? Why even still have it on the menu? Especially charging full price! Not impressed!
Taylor and Paula were extremely helpful and gave excellent customer service! Taylor helped me over the phone to make sure I was still able to get last week’s NY Cheesecake cookies right before they sold out. I take all of my friends here and will continue to do so. These ladies were amazing and so were the cookies!

Toddler Approved! These cookies are huge! The icing is thick but not super sugary like some icings are.. I love the sugar cookie! This is our first time trying just the pink cookie but, we will definitely need to order the cereal cookies for my other kids! They have smaller sizes for catering and parties too! Such a great idea!
This is my new addiction! If you have a sweet tooth problem, you should stay far away from this place. Different selection of cookies every week. Served Warm at the counter or when home delivered. Ice Cream, Milk (white or Chocolate too). All perfect for an after dinner treat or as gifts.Great idea for a quick Realtor closing gift.

The cookies are always great, just wish the customer service was better. The last two times I’ve ordered curbside, after 10 min a message popped up that told me to enjoy my cookies when I hadn’t received them & had to go inside and pick them up. If that’s how your curbside is gonna be then don’t offer it. Just want a good experience for once.
Paula is such a wonderful baker and person. Come here to get some of your favorite grandma's cookies! Fresh out of the oven 10/10 two thumbs up COOKIES. Don't pass this place up!! Clean store, smells heavenly, and again-incredible service especially from Paula! Line was long because of the Grand Opening but it was WELL worth the wait! You can tell the owner genuinely cares about you! You are not a customer, you're one of her grandkids too!!!
Update: Went to visit Crumbl to see if there were any changes and purchased 3 cookies 3.12.22 since my last visit on 1.29.22. I ordered 2 Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 1 Fruity Pebbles cookies. This time we sat right outside at the table after leaving to examine the cookies. Opening the box the cookies looked just fine just but upon checking the 2 Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookies you could see the rawness and my Cub could smell the undercooked dough. Now, when it came to the Fruity Pebble cookie when I picked it up it just fell apart like rib meat sliding off the bone!!! I gathered the cookies and took them back inside and by then there was a line. We stood in line and all the workers know we just left and you saw all the eyes in our direction. I figured they were deciding who should come speak to me. When someone did come I explained to her my experience for all 3 visits and they’ve given me raw dough for the second time. I showed her the 2 then saved the best for last and by that time another worker came up a bit older and she said the Fruity Pebble cookie was really raw. They apologized and I told them I cannot feed my kids these cookies they are raw. There was a lady and her 3 kids leaving with a 6 pack and when she heard raw her face changed but she got hers and left. The 2 workers took the cook back to the center isle and you would this it was a science class dissecting a frog because the entire kitchen staff was standing around it looking at the cookies then us. Then the lady asked if I paid card and I told her cash and after about 5 mins from taking the cookies from me I got a full refund and sorry. Won’t be going back to that location again and even sent my sisters a text about it. Perhaps it’s just that location and not any other one but I never heard back from the email that I sent on 1.29.22 so, that lets me know who runs or owns that particular franchise is a profit bull and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I mean they didn’t even have the common courtesy to have a shift lead or manager speak to me about this or acknowledge the email I mentioned that I sent. It’s visually a good looking cookie but watch out you might get sick or even worse. This is based on my second visit to this establishment on 1.29.2022 while my first was 1.17.2022. I just left with my family with 2 cinnamon fry bread cookies and the cashier was such a dear to my nephew. This was our second time there and the first time that cookie was slightly undercooked but okay to eat. Today’s cookie was full on RAW! The edges were the only part of the cookie that were done! The piece you see is what’s left after I picked it up and it just fell apart in my hand. This could really cause issues since it’s raw cookie dough and I know it gets busy but some quality control needs to take place to ensure the cookies are full cooked for the customers. If we make another visit in going to have to make sure I check my cookie before driving off. I give them a 2 for the cashier but not the product.
