Staff is always kind and courteous. I've never had a negative issue here at all.And the ice cream is delicious!

Why workers not wearing gloves and they have long nails that touches the ice-cream? Could you explain please? Pour hygiene!

6th person in line and it took over an hour to be served. The ice cream is always good but at what cost?
Staff was polite, kept the line moving quick and everything taste great.
Staff was inviting, gracious with portions and all worked together to complete my 3 orders, one being my own creations of mix in. Thank you guys and gals who make my every trip worth coming back.
Service meh- I called to order a cake, I was told to go online to order it - she said “I’m 14 cakes in right now can you just go online and order it?”I did and then went to pick it up a couple of days later.Cake was ready but had to wait 25 minutes because there is one person working and two females that were together figuring out what they wanted. Once the finally did that, they wanted to be charged separately.Finally got to counter for cake- no apology for the wait nothing just bright out I said thank you and left.Another birthday in 2 weeks will try DQ or 31 Flavors customer service is everything- and yes, I tip more than most.
First time there... Although they say one of their signature items has fudge, they really mean chocolate syrup--way different than FUDGE in my opinion! But it was good. Service was friendly.
