Food was great but the people were a little rude and they didn’t have steak or white rice :(. probably understaffed but still
Terrible customer service. The girl started making my salad and asked another girl to go get the dressing. That girl came back and said we ran out. I looked at the girl making the food and asked if she could make it a bowl then. I don’t want a salad without dressing. She looked at me and said “I can flip this over and pick off the lettuce for you. I just don’t want to waste the food”. I get that, and I don’t want a salad with no dressing. Should have figured you were out of dressing before making a salad. No good customer service anymore.
The lady at the cashier last night was so rude. She took my card to the back without explaining to me why. The rice was UNDERCOOKED. Customer service is absolutely awful. Need new employees. Small prorations , food was so spicy.
They give you smaller portions now they they can’t roll a burrito for s#%t y’all need to start a class or something
Ordered food today, 2 bowls, one chicken, the other steak with extra barbacoa. Both were cold, barely any food. Ordered a steak quesadilla, all the came was a smashed, cold, quesadilla WITH NO STEAK. So thanks for stealing 9 bucks from me basically. No side sour cream. Chips were broken. Never ordering again and As a previous worker of this particular restaurant location, it clearly shows lack of care and also discipline to train competent workers. And both of my bowls were DRENCHED IN HOT RED SAUCE. it's clear thus location has bad management as well as incompetent workers with bad attitudes. Way down hill from when I worked there in 2017.
Worst service lady's with a bad face.... and when I said alitte bit of hot sauce they poor a huge amount... when u repeat several times and for the last time you tell her she poor too much sauce she grabs a small clear cup and scoop the sauce with the foot with her gloves sooo disgusting . I just said thank you but I won't pay for something where they use their hands no matter they have gloves it was disgusting...worst chipotle . Sad sad
Good experience. Ordered bowl with steak and guacamole. Food was tasty and fresh. Portion big.
TERRIBLE customer service. Whichever crew assisted my friend and I Oct 30 at 6:30PM, shame on you. In particular the shorter girl at the front of the line and the cashier with the short hair. Not only was the food bland and lack any seasoning, I received incredibly sassy and condescending remarks from the cashier. Also, thank you for not sealing my food all the way or giving us any utensils after I asked. I asked a simple question as to which was steak and which was chicken, I got a rude response from the short-haired cashier. The first girl kept rushing the customers in front and behind us, including myself. Speak up next time, we are all struggling with the masks. Just an awful AWFUL experience. Never returning. I'll make the trip from Lakeside to El Cajon instead of this one in Santee. Yuck.
