Ordered a fish sandwich. No lettuce. Extra extra tarter sauce. Pick up at drive thru, open up wrapper, No Tarter at all. Went back , ask for Tarter, tells me out of tarter. Asked if I can have mayo an extra pickles to substitute the Tarter on sandwich, 25 cents for pickles. I was in disbelief. So I ordered a med ice tea/ with lemons an 8 sugar packets. Tea came with 1 lemon an 8 sugars. No extra for sugar. Imagine that.
Once I ordered on drive-thru and went around to get to the window, I was asked to stop before the window for quite some time. My son, who works fast food, said it had to do with a timer. Who knows? Once I received my food, I asked for extra house dressing, which understandably was charged for. When I was handed them, one dropped. A loud voice from who knows where yelled at the window person "did you give her another one?" As it was replaced. I felt her attitude and disgust. When we got home, either we were given the wrong burger or they simply didnt care how this burger was put together. It looked like a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce to cover less than half of the burger and cold. We had ordered the California Classic. I will not be coming here again.
Getting car repair next door says they are open but not! Sign on door says open for inside [email protected] but way passed 9:15am & still did not open even though they knew they had customer waiting. Even what looks like the manager arrived & still she did not open for dinning room! I do not like the employees bad attitudes.
I haven't had a Carl's burger in quite some time. I went with the Classic Califiornia Dbl. Cheese and I'm happy to say that it was pretty good.I'd've given it 5 ☆s bit the burger wasn't hot. ? Whatever. It was tasty. ?
I've been going here since they open years ago. Usually they are really good so I feel unfair to post 3 stars, but the last 4 times I've been here it's been less then stellar... The service has been lacking, the food made wrong and not so fresh, cheese not even melted... I will continue to go here looking for the service I once had, but I can't recommend it until my experience has improved...
If I say NO PICKLES and u add F PICKLES u r getting a 1 star review! So annoy! I’m eating fast food for the first time in a year and now I know why I stopped eating this! They always get my orders wrong! It’s like they battling with McDonalds. Imagine if I were allergic and took a bite I’d sue you!!! Now my husband is going back as his burger is getting cold! I’m so mad!UPDATE: my husband went back they gave him another messed up order lol at this point all I can do is laugh! Gave me my money back but the waste of time and gas who reimburses me? Not a good location. Screen doesn’t work to review order. Forgot sauce even though they asked several times what sauce. Made me pull through busy drive thru and wait another 25 minutes and the prices recently just went up by like 30% on all star meals.
APPARENTLY, this location is Drive Thru Only!!! Would absolutely give 0 stars if I could.
I had one that's there featured hamburgers. And it was pretty good.
They know you the more you come...recite your order.. and won't even show they're having a bad day.. I catch them first thing in the morning.. breakfast burger and hash browns.. yezzir!
