Nice customer service good time
Super busy Thursday, table for 5 seated in 5 mins , server was on point with updating us and when something was forgotten she made sure it was made asap. Food was good service was Great!!!

Disappointing experience. We ordered 30 boneless wings. One would think that is an ample amount of food, but really a set of 10 wings is in a tiny box… smaller than your average happy meal. When I got to the restaurant for take out and realized how little food this was, I ordered a “rush” order of more chicken…which took another 25 minutes. By that time, the original order was cold. Notably, the fries and pretzel bites were good, even though they were cold. The servers at the takeout desk were nice too, even though they could likely tell I was upset.
My husband and I came in to watch a Padres game. Honestly, the first server was so terrible (i.e. rushing us to eat, rushing us to drink, rushing us out the door, being rude, etc). However, the manager apologized and made everything better. All of the other servers working were pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their efforts; especially because their coworker made more work for them! We will be back ?
This place has gone down hill for the past 2 years now. I don't think they have Enough staff to attend to costumers. We waited about 30 to 45min just to get somene to take our drink order, about an hr later the Waitress takes our order and about another hr later we get our food. Cold. We ask for our side sauce... we never got them. The staff that was there look like they didn't know what to do and just walk around the tables lost. Tables were dirty. People waiting to be seated. It was just over bad. ? I will not be bring my business here anymore.
I'm use to going to Buffalo and getting terrible service. This wasn't the case here. My waitress was checking in on our party often and gave us no issues and was also very polite. As for the food, it was great. I think It matched what I paid. I had wings, apps and a chicken sandwich and all of it came out at a good time and nothing was over or under cooked. Great overall experience.
Such a great environment for family and friends to gather and have a good time. We went to watch a playoff game and the indoor and the outdoor tables had so many TVs with all the games on. It was awesome and not to mention the wings and burgers which is what we had. Delicious! Definitely recommend ?
update to previous review: i completed the survey/experience link and i explained the situation and told them there should be compensation and instead they send me an email saying they are giving me points back. really? points?? i am not a child to receive points! this is not a reward system place. it's a restaurant and my food was bad so i deserve my money (i never said all of the money) back. if i was there in the restaurant eating my food and i told the waitor that my food was bad they would fix it, bring a new one, remove the charge, anything. bottom line they would fix the situation with an actual solution. NOT points! i am so mad and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer like this. i do NOT wants points i want my money back!! there should be no question or issue when it comes to this! i demand this be taken care of or there will be legal actions.Just ordered pick up from here and super annoyed. Everything and i mean everything was stone cold. You couldn’t even see steam coming up from any of the food. So disappointed. Had to reheat the food when i got home. The nachos were terrible. it was 98% chips and 2% meat. and i had to pay extra for the meat! so terrible and so annoying why did i pay so much for trash food. there should be compensation for that just as there would be at the location.
I love bdubs but I went in yesterday and our server said we were only allowed to order thru a QR code. I've never been to one were it was mandatory. It was unnecessarily complicated and then when my wings arrived they barely had sauce and the server rarely came to attend us, she didn't even give us napkins and we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes at a time to ask her for things. It wasn't even busy at the time, my wings got cold before I could get more ranch. ?
