I am the PICKIEST, ESPECIALLY when it comes to AL PASTOR!!! Mexico can't be topped!! I only tried it not based on reviews because they dont have a lot and I was skeptical BIG TIME!! My Sis tried and told me I should try as well. When I tell you that this food was flavorful tender and ON POINT!!!! I AM NOT JOKING!If you are wanting some Mexican food that actually is authentic and NO COMPLAINT'S at all. I am also am an add salt to all my food person and didn't need to. I will be back 1000% FINALLY REAL MEXICAN FOOD!!
The food was amazing, we had all three al paator tacos. Staff was friendly. Will totally return!!!! It is inside of The Omelette Factory, we did have a bit of trouble finding it at first.

So I was skeptical. BUT ,the TACOS ARE DELICIOUS! Especially the Cochinita!! I also got chips and salsa, definitely coming back.
It was fantastic! We tried several types of tacos, fresh made guacamole, a wide variety of house made salsas, & their carne asada fries. Everything was fresh, delicious, & had a unique style. The freshness of the micro greens they top the dishes with to the unique flavors of each combination. It was delightful. The al pastor roja & negro were my favorites. The negro seasoning was unique to me & absolutely delicious. I can't wait to take our family from Rosarito to dinner here. Seriously like a vacation for your senses. My husband tried everything spicy & enjoyed it all. The pulpa al pastor (octopus) is spicy & unique. Probably the most unique flavor experience we've had locally in a very long time. Their menu is extensive. Might cruise thru it before you visit, so you don't miss any of their specialty items. The service was fantastic.Well staffed. The environment is very casual & the acoustics are great. You like it apicy? Ask your server for the hottest salsas from the kitchen. You'll be glad you did!

I had the pollo asada tacos, very good with delicious toppings. Husband had pastor negro and verde tacos and liked them. We also got chips, beans, rice, and salsas to round it out. All in all we enjoyed our meal.
Really good and the portions are very generous. The Al Pastor Rojo was fantastic. The Ironman Burrito was very tasty. The Cochinita taco was probably some of the best pork I have tasted. The hot sauce is just okay though. The cheese crusted tortilla's are very good. Definitely worth it and I will be going back.
