I had made an order for pick up on door dash, and then n the app it didn’t allow me to specify what sauce I needed(ranch) so I called to let them know a young man answered and asked to hold so I did, 17 mins on hold my dasher was there so I hung up and called back, I told them how on the app I could not order ranch as my dipping sauce, the man said I can’t give u ranch u need to order on the wing stop site because we are having issues with doordash and that I should have called, I did call and I was on hold the entire time my dasher was on his way there. All I wanted was a side of ranch but then he he can’t help me.. um what? Maybe you shouldn’t be accepting orders from a system that you are having trouble with so customers aren’t upset, and have no way of knowing.
The wings are dry as hell, may as well have been wings with no sauce.
The WORST wingstop location ive ever had. The wings and fries were extremely overcooked and dry both times I've ordered from here. (And no I didn't ask for extra crispy). This place is bottom of the barrel wing stop and honestly should be ashamed of the quality of their food. Close this location or hire new leadership that can train staff and produce a quality product
Ordered a delivery and didn’t get my drink and when I try to call the number it’s not a working number.
Ordered wrong flavor and they gave me new flavor plus old one.

A shout out to the general manager Michelle. I had an issue with an order one night and she replaced the whole order comped. That was an amazing experience because most managers just blow you off like it doesn't matter in money's tight right now. Thank you again Michelle
Much better service than a bad experience I had a few years ago, glad to come back & see a clean place with tasty food and pleasant servers. I miss being able to sit and have a beer while you wait, but maybe in time. Lemon pepper boneless wings especially good; my only real complaint is asking to be charged for extra ranch and still only getting four dips for a 50 pc wings set with veggies & fries. 4 dips is not enough for all that food when it's the best ranch anywhere!
Wingstop is a great place to get delicious wings, but the only hassle is is that there are very little restaurants in my area
The wings were kinda dry and not very juicy, yet the cheese fries were really tasty.
