I'm going to give this place some credit this time however I cannot in good conscious give them a perfect five star rating. Too many times when I go there to pick up a doordash order I am stuck waiting for a lot longer than I should and one time when I was there not too long ago I realized the reason was because they waited until I actually told them about the order to actually start making it. In this case it was completely different and so much better.I had to pick up two orders from this Wendy's and when I arrived they both were ready. That is how it should always be. It is not fair for me to have to wait a long time for an order so I very much appreciate that this time I didn't have to wait
This site just remolded in 03/22 and had an updated look.This location is one of the better fast food spots in Santa Rosa along with In-N-Out on the north end of town.If you're in a pinch and don't want to cook feel ok about ordering here.Staff is professional as well.
Went to pick up my mobile order via their app and the cashier just nodded then walked away, signaled something to the manager and vanished. I stood for a moment waiting for my food and the manager proceeded to handle other matters. I canceled my order and proceeded driving.
Wendys is a classic square hamburger patty. Like myself I’m always on the road so I tend to go to fast food and if you haven’t had Wendy’s in a while you better go and get that baconator. You will be surprise how good it is, or you can even get Dave’s combo. The girl with the red ponytail freckles on her cheek, she is still on fire. ??☝?
Fries were cold/warm and very salty. Didn't finish them. The staff were great.
I didn't give 5 stars because the wait time in drive thru was so long but the burgers were juicy and fries were warm. One of a few places open later in the night
Slow service, they looked short handed. But the lady was kind and got everyone's order right. Food was really good

I eat Wendy's when I travel into town & these were the absolute BEST burgers I have had in the longest time! They were juicy & flavorful! The condiments tasted fresh too. Will definitely be back.
