Delicious homemade Italian food
Family owned restaurant in the Bennett Valley area of Santa Rosa CA. The food is always fantastic no matter what we order. This time I had the grilled salmon in a white wine sauce with vegetables and polenta. The vegetable was zucchini and it was cooked perfectly, as was the fish. My MIL got the clams and linguine, which she said was generously portioned with clams and did not have too much garlic. My husband got the chicken parmesan which he really enjoyed. Their lasagna is delicious. The pasta is made fresh. And the owner Roberto is there to make sure you have a good time and a good meal.
Being born and raised in Tuscany, I always have high expectation for all restaurants which have mainly Italian dishes in their menu. “Pappardelle con salsiccia” was alright and so was the “linguine with vongole”. The house wine, a Chianti, didn’t taste like a Chianti at all. Menus and glasses were not super clean. They get two stars only because staff was nice and friendly.
The Cioppino is the very best. The portions are generous. Staff and Riccardo, the owner, are first class pros. Highly Recommend!!!
I love this place - I really do. I have several dietary restrictions but Julie & Ricardo always find me something delicious! The atmosphere is warm and homey and friendly and oh so Italian. The food is even better! Our favorite date night place <3
Been a customer for many years. Meals have always been consistent. The owner treats all his customers like family. Wonderful experience.
This place has great food! We moved to Georgia few yrs ago, first place we ate was here when we got in town.Very comfortable family restaurant The owner always is great guy and his staff also !
The food was amazing, I had the Musta salad (it’s huge so share if you are also getting an entree) fun lively atmosphere and you have to try the Tiramisu and a cup of their coffee, pure delicious!
Try the Pappardelle Alla Salsiccia ??? Friendly staff with a family vibe. This place is my favorite
Still one of my favorite places to eat. Loved the chicken parm. And the wedge salad was to die for.
