Delicious food. I got the fried chipotle chicken sandwich -the fried chicken was really flavorful and had a nice crunch to it. The chipotle has a bite and was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the tatortots because they were crispy but not covered in oil/grease. I'll be telling my coworkers about this place because it was just so good.
Second time going to this SuperBurger. I have not been impressed with their service either time. The first time, I called in an order, was told it would take 20 minutes, arrived 30 minutes later, and then had to wait 20 more minutes for my order. The staff was very rude when I asked about it.Tonight, my fiancé and I came in 20 minutes before closing to get shakes. We were told that they didn’t want to make any more milkshakes this close to closing.I’ve visited the SuperBurger in Cotati multiple times and always been pleased. I’m done visiting this one though.
Food and service was good, only thing was that I ordered a well done burger and I got it pink.
Asked for my cheeseburger to be cooked well done…this definitely wasn’t it. They were slow when I walked in. Both cooks chillen browsing on their phones. They weren’t busy so no reason to not cook my burger well done as requested. I’ve ordered here a few times and haven’t had any issues so I’m pretty disappointed. Sigh..
Just wow nobody in the restaurant only three workers. Here to pick up some fries and a drink. No of the workers bothered to check the tablet for online orders. Poor staff skills. So I order in advance and still have to wait
Awesome amazing food! We were visiting and looked up good food and were recommended Superburger. They did not disappoint.

Shakes are huge and taste great. You get way more fries than you would expect. Both the beef and chicken burger are great. Definitely a good option when your in a hankering for a burger.
