Placed online order through the Subway app. Upon arriving was told that no order was placed even though I was charged. Instead of offering to make a snadwhich, the employee rudely told me to contact customer service. When asked what the number for customer service was, I was told to check online. Even though I showed the employee the charge on my account statement they were unwilling to give me a refund.

I visit Santa Rosa once every few months and just recently discovered this location. It’s the best food customer service and sandwich ingredients are really fresh. It’s difficult to find fresh ingredients on Sandwich restaurant these days.

Ordered online, they hadnt even started the order when i arrived. Took more walk in customers in front of me once i arrived, got the order wrong, AND forgot the chips, drinks, cookies... WOW. DONT ORDER ONLINE.. PATHETIC SERVICE
