This is the worst subway in Santa Rosa there only 3 different workers and two of them work with earphones in … i asked her 3 times for the same sandwich her music was to loud to hear she grabbed her phone outta her pocket to press pause with her gloves on and wanted to make my sandwich after she also didn’t answer my 3calls before I came in I tried to order ahead thank god I didn’t this place needs help
Server never washed hands. In middle of preparing my order stops to wait on other walk-ins . Will I go back, NOT to any subway if there all like the one on Mendocino and Silva avenue. Server could have cared less about waiting on ANYONE.
This is fast food and gets unhealthy real quick. I go here to fuel my phat face with a hot pastrami smothered in chipotle sauce !

I've eaten all many Subways over the years, and I find this one to be CONSISTENT! NO complaints.
Food was delicious staff was terrific
Service was quick and efficient. Being a chain restaurant the food is reliably consistent. I always get the chicken breast with all the fixings and southwest chipotle dressing! It always hits the spot. Delicious!
