My coffee was totally disgusting! It only tasted like water with sugar, I also asked for extra caramel to be added and they couldn't even put that in my coffee !!Horrible option, it shouldn't be called Starbucks there.
They really need to get it together... some roam around like they have no idea what's going on... their talking to each other while u stand there n wait...
Seriously, if I could give NO stars, I would. Every time, and I mean EVERY time I go here I am late for work. Not because It's busy and I didn't give myself enough time, and NOT because I failed to communicate exactly how I wanted my drink. To be truthful, I'm not sure if it's because the baristas have been improperly trained or if I'm fighting their bloated egos and the attitude that my drink would taste better THEIR way. What I do know is I shouldn't have to have my drink remade 3 times only to still have it wrong. They have a few(I will post there names later because I believe in giving props when it's due) exceptionally talented batista, however the majority have ruined this location.
I was very excited about this store opening but it seems that, more times than not, I have gone and they are not open during business hours. Sometimes, there is not signage indicating that they are not open.
This was my first experience in this store and it was very disappointing. I dropped my car off next door for a brake change and went in to charge my phone and grab a coffee. When I first walked in, I had an opened evergreen drink and was accused of having an open alcohol container and was told to leave. I then had to walk to a gas station just go get a water bottle to then empty it out and pour it into said bottle. After waiting about 4 hours for my car to still not be finished, I headed back over to Starbucks for a snack. I purchased a chicken bacon sandwich and asked to have it heated (she offered). After sitting there for 15 minutes without being called, I walked over to find it sitting on the table getting cold. I asked the girl if it was mine and she nodded yes. Keep in mind it was not busy at all when I went in and there was no reason for them to not tell me that my food was ready. The guys at Big O Tires have better customer service, will not be returning.

Isn't Starbucks the same everywhere you go I mean really? It used to be amazing but now everything is pre-packed and kind of nasty frankly. And the new drinks? Yuck for real especially the vanilla oat thing do not get. ?

My favorite Starbucks to study at their dining space is open until 9pm. Staff is always friendly.
