This Starbucks is my go to and I love coming. I came on a Wednesday morning and I was sad to experience such a rude encounter. His name tag said Donovan and he was very short with me while I was ordering. It seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. He really needs to work on his attitude towards customers and even his own coworkers. Very poor customer service from this guy.
Best Starbucks yet!I normally rate establishrd chains 4 stars. This is the most spacious Starbucks I've visited. Nice decor. Plenty of available power outlets.

Drive thru was closed. Parked and went up to entrance, it was locked. Went to other entrance and it was locked with a sign that said adjusted hours, close at 2:00. It was 1:40.. There was a couple of employees in there, looked at me and continued doing their clean up. Not happy as I had detoured to go there because Starbucks on Hooper Rd was closed.
This is what a Venti customized coffee they give you,Unfortunately my wife suffers from IBS and she is lactose intolerant, and that’s why she always gets almond and coconut milk added to her drink.I am not gonna lie, the Starbucks app only charges me $4.25 but that’s not my fault, they should be responsible for fixing the prices, what is the point of getting a venti cup if they are gonna give you that much.Me and my wife went back to tell them about it, and the store manager was really rude and ready to attack us and tried to diminish us just because our skin color is different than hers.At the end she tried to give us our money back and make a new drink, but we refused, because that’s how they see if you are just trying to get a free drink, we just asked for our money back.We been to Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Las Vegas, etc. And we’ve never had this problem before, they just charge us extra.I hope that the franchise owners see this post and do something about it.I don’t want any freebies, I just want my drink to be how it is supposed to be, and be treated with dignity and respect.
Service was not good took 12 minutes from 8:18 am to 8:34am due to ice coffee Americana than just plain coffee Americana.I am not coming back .
Strangest starbucks (or coffee shop in general) that I've been to. Inside it is SO LOUD. The bathroom hand dryer is deafening despite sitting on the opposite side from the bathroom area. Every little sound the baristas make is a amplified through the huge open area. Each knock and bang as they work is absurdly loud. This place DESPERATELY needs some kind of sound dampening. It just echoes and amplifies. There's also no outdoor seating area. The old location they were in had lots of outdoor seating and I miss it.
They promised me a holiday cup and they were going to save it for me but then they ended up giving it away
The staff is great! They are always so busy especially after they added the drive-thru.
