Went thru the drive thru which is always slow at this location it seems. Got to the window for my hot coffee and my husband's hot coffee too. I took a drink and coffee poured out from under the lid all over my new shirt. We showed the girl the top of cup with the lid off and the seam at the top of the cup was ripped. Who ever filled the cup saw it but still filled the cup and served it. We asked the girl to pour it in a new cup so it wouldn't spill out of the rip/hole. But instead she just put another cup over the broken cup. I fixed it
Baristas are always acting like Karen's. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom after I ordered food and coffee because they were cleaning. I also gave them a five dollar tip that they didnt deserve. I should have taken my tip back. Well safe to say I will never go back.
I know that this store is incredibly short staffed most days, but they are still really good at their jobs. Always super polite and as fast as they can be. Reading some of these reviews on here tells me people don’t understand what it’s been like to work customer service jobs during this pandemic. Just be happy they’re open!
Great quality and fast service. Clean inside as well. One of the better Starbucks’s around.
Always friendly and hard working staff. My doggies always enjoy their puppacinos! Very good coffee products and small bites.
