Too slow, they don't follow instructions.. I have gone there 2 days and the don't put milk on my tea, I have to keep reminding them. Improve and be attentive.

Such great guest service

The service was OK except for some reason there is one worker that never give me a sleeve ? I'm always stop by to this branch because it is near by my kids school, I stop by every morning to buy my favorite coffee, and I know she recognized me already and she always don't put sleeves to my hot drinks. I asked her once before and she told me that they really not put sleeves on hot drinks, what a dumb answer was that. I stop putting tips on their tip can since then, but I still come and buy my coffee here. I guess this will be my last buy if I see her at the counter. I know her name, I'm just not gonna mention it so I am calling out the management team to brought up this problem to their workers. I know I am not a loss to their profit but please educate your workers.

Enjoyed my coffee, but as I was trying to order I was constantly being talked over by one of the workers, his name tag said Connor. I frequent this shop often and have never had such a frustrating experience.

The worst Starbucks ever

I've been going to Starbucks on Yulupa for a long time and I hate to leave a bad review but this bad experience is recurring to often. Ingrid the Cashier is awfully rude to customers, she doesn't smile and almost feels like she hates you and her job. I love feeling welcomed not like I'm a burden when I come in to order. Besides her awful service everyone else is very friendly and great customer service oriented.

I’ve never been to this Starbucks before, and I really like the layout of the store. The drinks were good, there was plenty of room (never super duper crowded) and all the workers were very polite and friendly.First of all, let me start by saying this was just a minor inconvenience and it didn’t really effect my experience. When I was entering the Starbucks I couldn’t help noticing a bike sitting directly in front of the front entrance, blocking it so that one had to go around the side to enter the building. Not a huge problem, but just a heads-up that it may be most convenient to enter through the side entrance. The drinks were really good, but they accidentally added coffee to my friends drink. (Turns out its better with coffee, according to my friend). It takes a long time for your drink to come up, and the quality of my Frappuccino was a little less than other places I’ve gone to-nonetheless, it was still very good, and overall my experience was very pleasant. Nice people, not super crowded, pretty good drinks.

So so slow!

Always friendly faces when I go in along with a good coffee ?

It's Starbucks, what's to say.
