An employee told me I couldn’t get my drink with NO ice, after I’ve been getting the same drink repeatedly for months. On top of them not having brown sugar syrup (totally understandable), but getting told I can’t get a drink without ice is unacceptable. I get the fact that my cup will have a lot of extra room, but for someone who takes hours sipping on a tall cold coffee, I do not like it diluted. I always say it’s fine with half and empty cup. If I am paying for a drink, I should be able go customize my personal likes. I will never go back there again.
The people that work there are the best! Always hardworking, fast, and still able to be friendly. The staff deserves 5 stars! The reason for the low rating is because they are always out of something. I went there today and they were out of cold brew, I went there before and they were out of strawberries for the pink drink, and Before that out of the dragon fruit. I know it’s not due to the shortage because other Starbucks stores have had the ingredients readily available.
Since the move to the new location this Starbucks has gone downhill dramatically, drinks take forever even though I order ahead with plenty of time to allow for it to be made before I get there, the staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in or they see you waiting for any length of time at mobile order pick up counter. They avoid eye contact at all costs, don’t apologize when from order to delivery is over 30 minutes. I have purposely ordered at a different Starbucks lately to avoid having to deal with this location, even though it’s the closest to my house!

New location is very nice and convenient, but the ice seems to not be filtered, so it has a nasty tap water taste. I hope they get this fixed.
