Unless you work there or the safeway, you'll get bad service.

Im sorry, but if you cant multi task when youre the only person working. You shouldnt be working here. I waited in line for 15 mins on a very slow day, one person in line in front of me and one person waiting for their drink. You should not be taking an order then taking a long time on the single person. Take the orders as youre waiting for food to heat up and such. Dont work at starbucks if you cant multi task. Ive worked the service industry and I know it can be done. This is just poor customer service and lack of skills on this persons part.

Sometimes I go there in person. I walk in and even if I haven't been there for weeks, they ask me do I want my usual and get it right!
