Staff is always nice, working hard and never mess up my order
Noooo homeless people stalk your car and be so aggressive and pushing demanding for you to give them money. Iam scared I won't go back here

Store is doing great, morning shift people are super friendly, the morning staff really gets to know you. Before I even finish paying they already have my drinks ready. Just wanted to thank Ivan, Leslie, and Zack for being super friendly and always being on it, they make a great team.
I love my Starbucks!! However this one has failed me several times. Three times didn't have all the ingredients for my order, which was nothing out of the ordinary. Two times they couldn't make frappuccinos. Other than that they are delightful. The people that work there are nice though.

I used to like this location, but it’s become very disorganized and overcrowded. I ordered ahead on the mobile app like I usually do, which usually get you an estimated p/u time. I got there probably about 1-2 minutes past the p/u time. 1. I couldn’t get to the pick up area to ask because they had a ball of people standing waiting for their orders. This in of itself is disturbing since I noticed a few of them were not wearing their face masks. As I waited for the groups of people to disperse (about 5 minutes) and finally got to the pick up area, they didn’t even have the drink ready and requested I waited an additional 5 minutes so that they could prepare my drink. This has happened to me multiple occasions at this particular location. I hope this gets sorted out.
Great, coffee was delicious. so was the pumpkin bread and staff was friendly
Giving it the 2 stars because I love Starbucks and their drinks always come out amazing but, I asked for light ice on all 3 of my drinks and they filled our cups literally almost all the way up with ice leaving us with less of the actually drink for me, my mother, and my sister. Even the print out says *light ice*
