My friend and I went to the Starbucks by our work. I tried there new toasted vanilla oat milk shaken expression drink and it’s so delicious. Will definitely get this drink again. I love Starbucks!!!

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Received a Chocolate drink. Having Stomach surgery next month. Can't drink chocolate. I had to throw away.Contacted Starbucks in Coddingtown. Their attitude was sorry. No .mention of my lost money or giving me a gift card for next drink free. Very Disappointed. I was out over $5. What happened to Customer Service? Someone else got my drink. So there are two unhappy customers.
Why is it that everytime I come to this Starbucks, I am always the last personto get my drink!!? Four people after me already have their drinks and I still waiting for a cup of coffee!!??? Coffee it's a simple simple process. I didnt ask for any complicated drink as most people do when they come to Starbucks. This will be my last coffee at this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody was in here when I arrived, now every person after me has received their drink!!!
