I had some time to kill before a doctor appointment so I went to Starbucks, I was there around 9am and even though there were about 8 people in front of me in line I was still in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees I talked with were friendly, all in all it was a good experience. I wouldn't mind visiting this Starbucks location again if I am ever in the area.
The Santa Rosa Aviation Blvd Starbucks is especially well run. I am a pilot and visit here regularly. They hustle - the product is always on time and made perfectly.
We went to a Starbucks in CA in willits and was quite good.
Staff are on a major power trip. Guess they didn’t get their coffee.

Would give it a 0 if I could. Each time I go the employees are super rude and always look super unhappy. My drinks are always made horrible you can tell they don’t care. A few weeks ago I ordered from the app and when I got there it was still not made and once it was ready they gave it to the person at the drive thru and didn’t even apologize and made me wait for them make me a new drink. Horrible place. Better off driving into town.
Excellent experience due to a very kind and knowledgeable employee, Kaiya, who recommended a particular coffee and I'm very picky but I loved it!
You should probably be adding sugar and cream when your customers order LATTES. Just a thought.
This Starbucks is always friendly. I noticed a seemingly staffing shortage with a bit longer drive thru time.
At least weekday mornings, drive-thru is FAST and cheerful, but the most unfriendly baristas I’ve come across when picking up a mobile order. I always say “good morning” or “have a good one” and nothing, not even a smile back… they’re usually out of breakfast items… I’ll just stop going to this one and intentionally go to one out my way.
