So disappointing. They took the place of Jimmy John’s here at this location. The sandwich that I had was no where near as good as JJ. Up charge for the basics. Customer service was lacking. Bathroom had a sign on it that it was closed to the public. It is my fault that I drove an hour and a half to get here keep that in mind only to find no Jimmy John’s.
I was in the area around lunchtime and had wanted to try this place so I did. Not too impressed. Very basic sandwiches and the sourdough bread is just okay. Ordered a turkey with jack and a hot pastrami with avovado added for an extra charge. The turkey had no cheese and the pastrami no avocado. It was a takeout order so I wasn't going to go back for changes once I got the food home. Service was fine. Next time I'll stick with a local deli rather than a chain shop.
Great sandwiches!! I don’t live very close, but definitely worth the drive for an amazingly tasty sandwich! My girlfriend and I go to both the Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park. Both have awesome employees!!
Serving sliced canned black olives in place of kalmata olives (listed on multiple menu items). I took my salad back and asked for kalmata olives - they don't even know what they are. How is a business so cheap that they'll lie about the food they serve? And how am I the first to notice this in a review? Unbelievable. Service was fine.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered sandwiches online and didn't see a tab to have the sandwiches heated/warm. I called them and asked the lady on the phone if she could heat or warm up the sandwiches and she said no. They have already been made. I asked her to remake them or heat them and she said no. I told them the last couple of times I have ordered from you company there as been mistakes, she told me why do you keep ordering our food. I told her, because it's good and you guys are new, mistakes happen. I wanted my money back and she told me to do it online and refused to help me. Unacceptable behavior, how hard is it to remake a sandwich, to make a customer happy??????
Horrible food. Horrible service. I ordered my food and asked to use the bathroom for which they told me to go to panda express and maybe they will let me use their restroom. They then told me to wait outside for my order because the dining area was for dine in customers. The place was empty. I was the only person in their store.what a joke.
Casual old-time style business that offers my favorite deli-style sandwiches near Costco in Santa Rosa. They use warm fresh baked sourdough bread. They knock it out of the park every time I go.
Food is decent but when u walk in to order a sandwich and you're told you have to wait 15 min for a sandwich bc online orders take precedence it's a turn off. I've only been there twice and this happened both times.
Great food! On a roadtrip and stopped for takeout ... Italian Sub and Mac & Cheese were delicious! Clam Chowder was thin but still good ... The sour dough bread was so good and fresh out of the oven ... The place was spotless and the employees were very nice ... I highly recommend
Ordered a bowl of Chili and when I picked it up, it was the same as Wendy's small size of chili and they charged a whopping $8.95. To top that off, it wasn't good chili either. Tasted like canned chili. Rip-off.
