The BAD = a last minute 3% charge for, as our waiter put, "THE HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS OF ITEMS ON THE MENU that the boss blah blah blah blah blah!Not true....he got $2 tip on our $50 lunch.The GOOD = Cobb salad was ok...but had to ask for sufficient dressing amount.
We go here often, even when not flying anywhere. I love the Chopped Cesar with deep fried Calamari. Steve had a BLT with fries, that he forced me to help him with. ? Plus we can check on the progress of the new Terminal being built. It will be exciting to see how they trick up the patio at the Sky Lounge. My favorite airport restaurant ever. No charge to park if it is under two hours.
Good place for a glass of Pliny before you head out or land
The owner is awesome. The food is Outstanding. Never would have imagined getting some of the best sushi at an airport bar, but I promise it is some of the best I have had.. and, for an airport the prices are shockingly low. Basically, even if your not flying, it’s a Great restaurant to explore. You won’t be disappointed

Even though it's an airport restaurant, it's really great! Prices are not over priced, food is good and the atmosphere is nice.
I was waiting at the airport for my ride and stopped by Skylounge for a glass of wine! Nice tables and friendly staff.
Great bartender and remarkable good sushi, yes great sushi at an airport bar; who would have thought...
Food and drink was good. What made experience bad was owner berating bartender for over 30 minutes in lounge for customers and employees to hear. I get work ethic and professionalism, but owner not a good example of either. Get a clue, on the floor is not the time and place for that
This is a wonderful feature of the Santa Rosa Sonoma County airport. Accessibly by the public, so you can actually have a delicious meal and drinks with folks before you/they leave. The food is solidly good, the drinks delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Jim the bartender is a gem! Worth checking out even if you don’t have a flight. It is a little pricey as a local establishment, but absolutely worth scheduling more time before you travel to enjoy the hospitality.
