Been a regular at this restaurant for years and tonight was the last time I go there. Placed my order and then headed over to pick it up was told 5 minutes and 20 minutes later I asked if the order on the counter was mine and they said yes just waiting for two more items then I asked what about my iced coffee and the young gal behind the counter said oh I remade it which I was there and I said no you didn’t it’s been sitting there melting for 20 minutes oh no I e placed yours and gave it to someone else which if that were the case someone got a seriously watered down iced coffee. Basically she Lied right to my face then I asked can I at least have a new one? They made one for me and when my order was finally done she packed up my bag and then she basically threw the bag at me. Then when I said I guess this is why I won’t be coming back and of all things the gal who packed my bag smuggly laughed at me. Got home and the soups were cold so we had to reheat everything. I started out nice about it but quickly found I had to defend myself and money I just spent on a par meal. What’s happened to customer service? These children working behind the counter have no respect and for that very reason and the cold food and lie to my face we won’t ever go back. Any new Vietnamese suggestions?
Boba was really good! ♥️♥️♥️ I love it, and if your just getting drinks the wait time is pretty short. I also loved their pastries, specifically the chocolate croissant. On the other hand for criticism sometimes their peanut sauce tastes a bit oily or is more liquid like. I remember one hot day where I ordered spring rolls with peanut sauce, and the sauce was really oily. Although it might have been the weather. It was also a pretty busy day. I could tell since I could see people running through the kitchen and the staff making drink after drink. I think that's why they already prepared all their sauces into containers and left them out that day. To end this review on a good note the staff are amazing and chill. Customer service is wonderful, and it's also heartwarming to see staff interacting with customers especially children.
The chicken bahn mi was one of the best I’ve had! Great sauce, spice, and the baguette was warm and crispy. My husband had the pho and it was loaded with meat and noodles and he said the broth was great too.
Order was wrong and came without vinaigrette for noodles. Called and complained and was completely blown off. Food is expensive and isn't very good.
Tried this via DoorDash.I got the spicy tofu rice bowl and it was zero percent spicy. Not bad flavor, but not spicy at all. They weren't crispy either like I anticipated.The veggies included with the bowl were really bland. Everything could have used some sort of sauce or something because bland veggies, bland rice, and spiceless tofu made for a boring bowl.I wanted to like it because it looked so good, but that didn't happen.
The food is excellent. My granddaughter, new to Vietnamese food gave the place a will be back soon rating.
We love the food here. We also know not to ask for any adjustments when we order as we know they won't acknowledge your request. I do feel it's a little pricey but we still love the food.
The food here is amazing. Great service as well. Highly recommend the Lemongrass Bahn Mi sandwich it’s so tasty and refreshing and packed with flavor!
Chicken soup , fried egg rolls with peanut sauce and lemongrass Bbq pork plate is the BOMB ? must try and how did I forget to mention the boba and drinks ???? if your looking ? don’t think ? GO TRY THE FOOD HERE NOW ??♀️
