Our families travels across town for miles in heavy traffic for the delicious Asian cuisine at this Safeway. From the famous G and G Taco Salad that we serve at Thanksgiving and Christmas to the Chinese Kung Pao with spicy peppers, soups, barbecued chicken with five spices. This is the best Safeway store north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Delicious, creative, unique and always delicious. Thomas
Just got overcharged AGAIN at this store. On December 23, 2020, they charged me $71.69 for items that should have rung up at $36.57. Today, May 10, 2021, I got charged $28.47 for items that should have rung up at $20.36. Their computers recognize my "loyalty" card and give me the standard deals, but they don't recognize ANY of my "Just4You" deals and even charged me for the free "prizes" I won from their Monopoly game. How many other customers are being ripped off?
Bakery department sucks...got the worst cake ever yesterday..37 dollars birthday cake had to put in the garbage..if they don't know how to make a 3 leches cake please let costumer know...
Friendly bunch and most of them have been there since G&G. So much space between the aisle no rush! no stress! Best Safeway in SR!

clean store and friendly staff . meat dept doesn't stink like the one on Marlow.
Milk cooler doesn’t hold temp or keep dairy product cold enough. Bought 6 gallons of milk over 4 weeks half way through the use of each one it spoils. Usually within 2-3 days after opening it. We have a newer fridge and nothing else goes bad in there but the milk from Safeway.

Been looking for my favorite creamer for a month now, Lucerne Salted Carmel. I can’t find it at any Safeway store. Is it discontinued or do you not stock it anymore? Bummed
I love this Safeway! It has the nice bulk bins and lots of cool people working here. It also has boars head meat in the deli!
