First time at this location. Missing the one in Novato. It was good as usual and large portions. Love the milkshakes. My only gripe is that they have gotten sucked into the cheap straw syndrome. For Heavens sake folks, buy some good straws. It really sucks when these cheap plastic straws collapse. Not any way to present a thick milkshake.
First time: Ordered Hawaiian Burger and asked for it to be a little pink inside. The guy talked me into medium well. It was awful, overcooked, bland, dry and lacking any appealing texture or flavor. Garlic Fries were ok… too greasy.
Five Guys makes a good burger and fries. Phyllis makes them even better. These are the best burgers around. Hands down.
Got take out and it was good. Fast service within 15 min. Doesn't take long to answer phone. Loved that they were able to add extra meat and cheese

It was a decent bacon burger, it was slightly over cooked but still tasty. The sweet potato fries were cooked nicely and a good portion.
I tried this restaurant and was impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and orderly. ( including the restroom) they had Many choices but decided on the chicken sandwich on a ciabatta bun with curly fries .... It was delicious high quality ingredients and excellent presentation. Loved it.. will be back to try another item soon.. thanks so much !
40$ for 2 burgers, fries and 2 drinks. Ok. Fine. Ask for medium burgers but made well done. Ok i can live with that. Soggy and Hard garlic fries....Cmon man. Cant justify the price for the quality that i recieved in food.
Staff here is super nice. I honestly popped in because I needed a place to wait but I was pleasantly surprised by the side of onion rings I ordered. Nice guys and a very relaxed environment
