Over the years that I have frequented here the service has always been lackluster. However, the tasty food was a draw for me and kept me coming back despite the poor service. After today's visit I will not be coming back. I received rude service upon ordering after having waited at my table for a good while to be acknowledged. Ultimately I decided to leave and find somewhere else for my dinner. The rude and curt service here is just too consistent for me to come back.
This restaurant's food is what we call an SSS+++ tier. So many options and I've eaten here for a very very long time having almost everything on the menu besides the vegan options alongside the alcohol. The food is consistent and you can order anything on there and it is good every single time. I also recently went there with my mother and even got a discount since it was mother's day. I would also assume since we've been going there for so long that they would allow the Mother's day discount but besides that, it's always a bang for your buck and I'd go there every single day if I could.
I'm starting to think that a couple of the workers are racist but my family really likes the place. a lot of the waiters seem nice plus a healthy spectrum of food delicious soup broth,fried sweet porkchops with rice,pork spring rolls with peanut sauce to die for,curry with tons of fresh veggies personal fav. They even have yummy drinks, they are a bit pricey but who cares treat yourself for just a few extra bucks. The issue with the service is not that it's all bad the main problem is that it feels like only a couple of the waiters try hard
Best pho in Santa rosa and hands down. The broth is fresh, the meat is fresh everything is well made, staff is friendly and quick.Just a quick reminder for those who don't know the takeout way of Vietnamese pho restaurants, reheat the broth until very hot, and "cook" your noodles and meat in it... I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about take out but if you're not a pho pro...Then eat it at the restaurant. :)
Amazing ? pho was spicy and rice was delicious
Love this place. They have a lot of options especially for picky eaters. I highly recommend the #46 which is a bbq pork white rice shrimp and an egg roll. The #12 soup is also really good. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, food is made quickly and one of the better priced places around.
Best Vietnamese all around in santa rosa. The vermicelli bowls is my go to. But its all good from the coffee to the egg rolls, spring rolls to the pho thai; even the ice cold Singh ha. We used to laugh about how bad the service was! It didn’t even matter! The food was so good we didn’t care. Mercifully the service isn’t even that bad!! Lol. If you’ve never had Vietnamese, stop what you’re doing and go get a 36!
The food is outstanding, but you're kinda left hanging a little (refills, boxes, the check- which you don't get, you have to go to the register. Who knew?I'd 100% forgive the service, though, the food really is THAT good ?
